[Maul's communication device from the hotel is in the form of a black gauntlet, which he usually keeps on his right wrist. Though it looks like leather, it's made of a hard material that's difficult to damage. A holographic keyboard projects from it for any typing or browsing of hotel network. A screen and buttons to implement the various features are under a flap on top of the gauntlet. Videos will show up on the screen or may be answered in a holographic display.

Maul is likely to respond to a call or message....when he feels like it. If he doesn't answer a call, his voicemail will greet you in his velvety drawl:]
